Director / Boat Captain
Sila is another founding member of Blue Season and also plays a very active role in the day to day operation of the business. For example he may be your boat captain on the day you dive so say hello and share some stories.
Director
Wakaba is from Japan and is a founding member of Blue Season Bali. She has been a driving force behind the business for over the last 24 years and remains actively involved in all aspects of daily operations at Blue Season Bali. Although she is no longer teaching as a diving instructor, Wakaba is a certified PADI Master Instructor with many years of professional diving experience. She has lived in Bali for more than 25 years and continues to bring her deep local knowledge and passion for the ocean to the Blue Season Bali team.

Alit is a friendly and attentive Balinese team member from Bali, known for his warm hospitality and thoughtful service. He is always happy to answer guests’ questions and make sure everyone feels welcome and well taken care of. Beyond his work, Alit is passionate about traditional Balinese dance and regularly participates in local community and cultural events. If you’re interested in learning more about Balinese culture or traditional dance, feel free to start a conversation with him — he’ll be delighted to share his knowledge and experiences.
Logistics - Amed Shop
Gede was born in Amed and has an in-depth knowledge of the local area, including its roads and community. He plays an important role in the logistics support of our Amed branch, mainly responsible for transportation arrangements, equipment and supply deliveries, and daily operational support to ensure smooth running of the shop. He is careful, reliable, and friendly to guests, making him a trusted member of the team.

Nena is our cleaning fairy, making sure everything is fresh and spotless at the dive center. With her big smile and shy charm, just seeing her in the morning is enough to brighten your day! She may be a little reserved, but her warmth and hard work speak louder than words. So if you catch her around, don’t forget to share a smile—it’ll make her day too!
EQUIPMENT SUPPORT & MAINTENANCE / TEAM LEADER
Wid is our equipment leader, the guy making sure your gear is just right for your dive. If anything feels off, don’t hesitate to let us know—he’s here to help! When you arrive at our dive center, just show him your feet, and let him guess your size—we guarantee he’ll get it right! It’s like a superpower, but for dive gear! With Wid in charge, you’re in good hands (and fins)!
